1. What does the rental fee include?
   • The rental fee includes the use of the Event Center with two rear patios. Tables and chairs for your reception are also included in the rental fee. A venue manager will be available for the date of your booking.
2. Are there additional rentals available?
   • The use of the ceremony barn and ceremony chairs can be used for an additional fee. Rental of tents are also available.
3. How many guests does the venue hold?
   • Max occupancy for the main building is 150 people. However, we recommend 125 guests for an ideal event.
4. Does the venue have a kitchen?
   • The venue has a prep kitchen which includes a commercial refrigerator, freezer, warming trays, and a wash sink.
5. Does the venue have preferred vendors?
   • No, you are welcome to bring in any vendor of your choice.
